How a Hydrogen-Boosted Car Engine Really Works ? A Proven and Simple Method To Reduce Your Gas Bills
How you can reduce your gas consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and get more miles per gallon. Using an “Add on Hydrogen Gas Generator” can definitely improve your fuel economy as well as lower your greenhouse gas emissions and you can do it yourself. I have successfully used various means of improving my gas mileage by reducing friction losses with fuel and lubricant additives to compensate for high gas prices.
Improved gas mileage was up to 15% in gained fuel efficiencies with these, then available, methods. However, these methods did not improve combustion efficiencies. I even tried out magnets on the fuel line resulting in some interesting fuel economies, but no scientific explanation as to why. Then I discovered an aftermarket “Add on Hydrogen Gas Generator”, which produces small quantities of hydrogen gas for injection into the air intake of the engine. The results exceeded my expectations by far.
One of the many arguments offered against this method is based on a limited application of the 2nd law of thermodynamics and read here why it does not apply to this hydrogen enhanced combustion technique:
It is correctly argued that the electric energy, required to convert water into hydrogen gas, is greater than the energy available from the generated hydrogen. The multiplier or leverage effect the injected hydrogen has on the Normal 0 Normal 0 hydrogen enhanced combustion efficiency, when mixed with the fuel air mixture, is preferably ignored.
Take a look at this simplified equation on the power ratio of energy required to convert the water into hydrogen gas:
To convert water into hydrogen gas with such an “Add on Hydrogen Gas Generator” uses about 100watt (8.3Amp on a 12Volt system), which is equivalent to the power of a conventional domestic incandescent light bulb. Considering the car alternator efficiency at 60% then the power consumption of this 100watt “Add on Hydrogen Gas Generator” is 167watt or 1/4hp, which is an insignificant amount of additional power consumption.
Your Headlights will use that much!
Here is a more simplified explanation of your, by now, Hybrid Car Engine:
This small quantity of hydrogen gas, added to the fuel/air mixture, causes a faster burn rate. This hydrogen enhanced combustion, causing a faster burn rate, will take place over a substantially shorter distance of the piston stroke than it would otherwise; leaving a longer distance of the piston stroke to extract more useful work at reduced operating temperatures.
This applies to gasoline and, especially, diesel engines.
Call this leverage, because one small energy loss is offset against an increased energy gain at a positive multiple of the initial energy loss.
Small energy input results in a larger energy output and this has absolutely nothing to do with perpetual motion. The combustion takes place over a shorter part of the piston stroke, leaving a longer part of the piston stroke to extract more work and consequently increases gas mileage. The shorter combustion period caused by the hydrogen injection results in lower operating temperatures and consequently lower greenhouse gas emissions.
Top 5 Myths on Importing Japanese Cars
<!– @page { size: 8.5in 11in; margin: 0.79in } P { margin-bottom: 0.08in } –>
Myth 1 – Its Expensive
False. You usually save about 25%, but 35% is not uncommon when importing a car from Japan. What you would pay for a ,000 vehicle from your local dealer, you could buy the same or similar model for ,500 or less by importing.
Myth 2 – You can Import very few Models
Nonsense. You get even more option when importing cars from Japan. Local dealers just cant accommodate every model, but when you go to the source all models and equipment options are available. You also have access to Japans auctions and used cars as well. Any car for sale in Japan is potentially yours.
Myth 3 – It would be Hard to Sell any car I Import
Absurd. There are many crafty people who import and resell Japanese cars for a living! The difference between the import price and their selling price makes them a tidy profit. They can offer more models of cars than the local dealers and can often beat their prices to boot.
Myth 4 – Only Older Models are Available for Import from Japan
No Way! You can get cars released exclusively in Japan and have a very rare model compared to your country’s stock. You can be the first to get models that haven’t made it out of Japan yet by filtering through dealerships to your area. Once again, any car for sale in Japan can be yours.
Myth 5 – Importing Cars from Japan is Complicated and Difficult
While the idea sounds daunting there is a guide available. It makes clear every step of the way to import cars from Japan to the USA, Canada, Great Brittan and Australia. It details all the tricky business like customs and registration in easy language. So enjoy your Japanese hot rod today!

The History Nissan Maxima and 350Z Engine
Nissan introduced the Maxima as a compact car in 1976. It was originally available in the U.S. as the Datsun 810. In 1989, the Maxima evolved into a mid-size car and then into its modern full-size body in 2004. Although we don’t normally associate the Maxima and the Z, their roots begin in the same place with the same engine.
Nissan sold the Datsun 810 from 1976-1980 in three body styles: a two-door coupé, a four-door sedan, and a four-door station wagon. In the U.S., all three styles had the same Nissan Maxima engine under the hood, the same Nissan Maxima engine found in the Datsun 240Z, a 2.4-liter SOHC L-Series straight-6.
The Datsun 240Z was Nissan’s first generation of the Z series that would become legendary. Nissan manufactured this generation from 1969-1978 under the names 240Z, 260Z, 280Z, and the Fairlady Z. The Nissan Maxima engine found in the 260Z and 280Z were a 2.6-liter and a 2.8-liter L-Series respectively.
In 1979, the Nissan 280Z evolved into the Nissan 280ZX and the second generation of the Z cars began. Nissan manufactured it from 1979-1983. In the final years of the 280ZX, the Nissan Maxima engine offered with the car was a 2.8-liter available as a turbo or naturally aspirated.
Introduced in 1983, the Nissan 300ZX Z31 was both the successor to the 280ZX and the beginning of the Z series’ third generation. Nissan launched the 300ZX Z32 in 1989 marking the beginning of the line’s fourth generation and continued manufacturing it until 2000. However, in the U.S., Nissan ceased production of the vehicle in 1996. This is despite it being one of the most recognized and rewarded sports vehicles sold in the U.S. at the time. Even at the moment of its departure, Car & Driver magazine included it as part of their Ten Best list.
After a six-year hiatus, the Z car finally returned to America and did so vigorously. The Nissan 350Z engine included with this two-seater in 2003 was a naturally aspirated 3.5-liter DOHC 24-valve V6. This Nissan 350Z engine generated 287 horsepower at 6,200 rpm. This was disappointing to some fans since this was the same V6 used as the Nissan Maxima engine and in the Altima as well.
However, what did have fans of the Z excited was the aggressive pricing and the centerline location of the engine that coupled with the 350Z’s long wheelbase provided amazing handling. Then in 2004, Nissan celebrated the 300ZX when it launched the 350Z Roadster. The Nissan 350Z engine under that hood was primarily the same but sport-tuned for a small bump in horsepower.
In 2006, Nissan introduced a Grand Touring trim, which included a premium interior and an improved Nissan 350Z engine. This engine paired with a manual transmission provided 300 horsepower. In 2007, Nissan made the HR or High-Revving version of the VQ35 available as an option. This Nissan 350Z engine rated at 306 horsepower and boasted an impressive 7,500-rpm redline.
Nissan introduced the sixth and current generation of the Z when they launched the 370Z in 2009. Under the hood, Nissan included a chest-thumping 3.7-liter V6 that generated a potent 332 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque.
Hesperia Truck Accident Attorney?s Top Ten Excuses Insurance Companies Use to Avoid Paying Your Bills After a Truck Accident
1. Since you weren’t wearing a seat belt, that’s not a bill we can pay.
2. Since you didn’t see a doctor for some days, that’s not a bill we believe we have a responsibility to pay.
3. Since you didn’t complain about pain in that part of your body when you were seen the very first time, we can’t accept bills for treatment of that symptom.
4. You waived the need for an ambulance, didn’t you? That indicates to us you weren’t that badly injured.
5. You left the hospital after waiting only four hours. That indicates to us you weren’t that badly injured.
6. You didn’t see another doctor after your initial hospitalization for five days.
7. Your doctor’s notes don’t reflect that injury.
8. Your doctor’s records indicate you had a complaint of back pain just last year.
9. We have film of you playing basketball just nine months after your accident.
10. We believe many of your symptoms are due to your pregnancy.
With all of these excuses, wouldn’t you feel more comfortable if you had an attorney on your side?
Here are ten useful tips of advice from a truck accident lawyer to follow if you have been in an accident. You can also learn more about how to handle a truck accident in Hesperia, or any city, by calling the Law Offices of R. Sebastian Gibson at any of the numbers which can be found on our website at http://www.SebastianGibsonLaw.com and learning how we can assist you.
Obviously, if you have had an accident, and you are reading all of this advice, it may have been a few hours since the accident. However, if you ever have another accident, or if it’s only been a few hours since you were hurt, here’s what you should do from the start.
First, take a look around and determine if you or anyone, are hurt. If so, taking steps like trying to prevent further injury or loss of blood are the most important thing you can do. Even if some other driver caused you to be injured, it’s just good manners to help the other driver if they are hurt. They may even be so thankful that they admit their fault to you. The worst thing you can do is get angry or start a fight.
Second, make sure everyone is safe from being injured further. If you are in the middle of traffic, and you are dizzy, sit down away from traffic. If your vehicle is a traffic hazard and you have accident warning devices like flares or triangles, put them out on the road to warn other drivers and get away from the car. Let the police an other emergency personnel investigate the scene with the vehicles in place and move them more safely at a later point.
Third, call the police. Accident reports are extremely helpful if the police will do such a report. Let the police know you are injured immediately. Answer the police questions honestly. But if you are dazed or confused, let them know you need medical treatment and answer only what you feel sure about. Remember, your statements can and will be used against you if you admit fault, and it will be too late and too fishy to later say you didn’t know what you were saying at the scene. Police know that your best recollection is immediately after an accident.
Fourth, get the other driver’s information including their names, addresses, driver’s license numbers, make and model of their vehicles, license plate numbers, and their insurance company name and policy number. If there are witnesses, get their names, addresses and telephone numbers as well. If the other driver makes any admissions of fault, write those down as well.
Fifth, if you have a camera on your cell phone or in the car and you aren’t too injured, take some photos of the vehicles and the scene. If you can’t do it right away, do it after you are released from the hospital.
Sixth, if you are hurt, obtain medical treatment. Don’t decline the ambulance or hospital examination to save your insurance company money or to be stoic. Take your valuables out of your car if you can and get checked out at the hospital. If you are not hurt, don’t get treatment you don’t need. However, remember, after an accident, you may feel a rush of adrenaline that causes you to only start feeling symptoms of pain a few hours later. If you have a health plan that requires you to obtain permission first, call them and find out where you are allowed to seek treatment.
Seventh, call a good truck accident attorney as soon as you have had your initial treatment, so the lawyer can gather other important evidence and prevent the insurance company from taking advantage of you and obtaining such things as recorded statements that you feel fine, when many of your symptoms have yet to manifest themselves. A good truck accident attorney can save you from making a great deal of mistakes and can shoulder much of the hassle of knowing what to do about car repairs, car rentals, medical treatment, witness statements and the like. If you think you will save money by not having an attorney, think again. A good truck accident lawyer can almost always obtain much higher settlements, obtain reductions of medical bills and insurance liens and prevent you from making costly mistakes. Also, most truck accident attorneys advance costs of obtaining police reports, medical records and the like and are paid and reimbursed for these costs only out of any settlement.
Eight, you will need to report the accident to your insurance company, but since they will want to take a recorded statement from you, just like any other driver’s insurance company, it’s good advice to retain an attorney first. And if the other driver did not have insurance, remember that it is your own insurance company that will be your adversary. You will also need to report the accident to the Department of Motor Vehicles and your lawyer can give you the form for this.
Ninth, do not agree to settle your claim privately with the person at fault for the accident. This almost never works out to your advantage. Don’t agree not to call the police. Police reports that determine the fault for an accident are golden. Your agreement to not involve the police only affords an opportunity for the other driver to change his story and blame you when the police will no longer investigate the accident.
Tenth, don’t pay a traffic ticket without a fight if you weren’t at fault or agree to accept a small payment for your vehicle repairs without knowing that the amount will in fact cover the cost of all the repairs.

Chicago Lexus IS F drivers reap benefits of free iPhone app
Lexus has always been one of the more forward thinking brands in the industry, and they have always implemented the technology to back it up. In fact, I’d venture to say that there isn’t a luxury brand I enjoy more than Lexus. Chicago Lexus RX drivers benefit from some of the most comfortable and high performing rides at a reasonable price for a high-end car. Plus, the Lexus brand is back by the Toyota brand, and even though both companies have had problems as of late, it’s important to remember that Toyota is easily one of the top three innovation leaders in the auto industry. Lexus offers safety, comfort and performance in a neat package while continually taking advantage of progressive and forward thinking methodologies. Chicago Lexus IS F dealers have one of the most interesting cars on the roads, too.
Then, on the other side of the coin, we have Apple: of equal value to the Lexus brand, continually on the cutting edge of the industry and built of the loyalty that company dreams are made of. For Chicago Lexus RX drivers, the Apple brand makes sense in terms of building upon or partnering with. Apple doesn’t do too many direct partnerships as far as this writer is aware, but there is always room to build innovation upon the Apple platform. If you can develop an application that ties your company brand to one of the most popular computing and mobile computing companies in the world, it’s a great way to really start engaging your customers. For Chicago Lexus IS F dealers, building upon the Apple platform is a piece of cake. All you have to do is develop the right application and hand it out for free.
That’s exactly what your Chicago Lexus RX dealer is getting ready to do. While we don’t have too many details for you at the moment, we know that the application is going to be useful, and it’s most definitely going to be free. For iPhone, iPod and iPad owners, Lexus is among one of the most recent companies to take advantage of the apple platform. It will join the ranks of some of the most well-recognized companies in the world, a veritable who’s who of industry that hasn’t been this consolidated since the foundation of the internet. Yes sir, Lexus is definitely keeping itself on the cutting edge of things from a technological perspective, and this isn’t the only new development facing Chicago Lexus IS F dealers in more recent years.
Over the next year, Lexus is rolling out its first solid line of dedicated hybrid vehicles, with the CT200h leading the way into the future of the technology industry. It is promising to be a banner year for the luxury manufacturer, and you can at least expect me to be staying abreast of the company’s new developments. The 2011 model year is about to drop as well, so keep your eyes peeled for some serious new innovation in that area, like whoa.
Better Choices in Importing American-japanese Cars
Let’s face it, American brands like Ford, Chrysler and GM are notorious for their gas guzzling SUV’s and economy models with often shoddy quality but all that is about to change. If you are planning to import used left hand drive (LHD) cars from the US, your options just got better.
To survive against the manufacturing efficiency of the Japanese, the design brilliance of the Germans and their ongoing struggle with the unions, Detroit’s Big Three are striving to decrease overheads, increase productivity and improve product quality. This frantic struggle for competitiveness, coupled by aggressive investments of foreign auto makers in the country has led to a surge of relatively cheaper, more reliable and not to mention better looking LHD cars.
LHD buyers who crave for the quality, safety features and fuel efficiency of Japanese cars used to import directly from Japan and then have the right hand drive (RHD) units converted to LHD. Steering conversions can present certain disadvantages. Incompetent conversions can compromise the road worthiness, safeness and even performance and handling of the vehicle. Not to mention the fact that it entails an additional cost.
Fortunately, original LHD’s by popular Japanese makers like Toyota, Honda and Nissan are widely available in the US. In fact, the “Made in USA” label which used to be proudly flaunted by American brands like Ford and GM is now more appropriate for Toyota, Nissan and Honda.
Consider these cars as examples. Only 35% of the components of the Chrysler’s PT Cruiser are made in the US. And this distinctively “American” car is produced in a car factory in Mexico. Then we have the Ford Fusion which contains only 30% US-made components. On the other hand, Toyota Camry contains 80% US-made components, Honda Accord 70% and Nissan Altima 65%. They are also produced in car plants across America.
Although it gets harder to define what an “American car” is nowadays, what is more important is that excellent cars from the US – both Japanese and American brands – are finding their way across the globe as new or used car exports. If you factor in the current weakness of the U.S. dollar, then a lot of great bargains can be had for car dealers as well as end users in countries fortunate enough to use left hand drives.

Checking your Car Engine
The engine is what makes your car run. That is to say it is the most essential part of your vehicle. Checking your car engine helps a lot in maintaining an excellent performing engine.
To check this very significant auto part, stop first the engine. Let the engine oil be poured down to the oil pan. Then, pull the engine oil dipstick. Checking your owner’s manual will guide you in looking for the engine oil dipstick. Using a clean rag, any cloth or tissue, wipe it off and then. Insert it again down into its right place.
Pull the oil dipstick again. Try to check the oil level. It should be at the part of the cylinder where there is the “FULL” mark. However, it is still ok if it is quite lower. Proceed now with the checking of the oil condition. If it is not black anymore, it means you need to change it. It is still ok if it is slightly black. Any other oil color would definitely mean an engine problem.
In topping up oil engine, augment the same type and brand as you already have. This will prevent inconveniences in your engine.
Again, check the oil level. Just make sure not to overfill it. Then, return the dipstick and close the oil filler cap.
In checking automatic transmission fluid, different cars follow different procedures, so it is better to consult the owner’s manual.
Pull the transmission dipstick. Using a clean rag, wipe it off. Then, insert it back in its place.
Pull it again and go check fluid level. It should be within COLD marks if the engine is cold. If the car is warmed up, the level should be at the “HOT” mark. There is nothing to worry about if it is a bit lower.
Fluid condition must also be checked. It should be clean and transparent and has no burnt smell.
In topping up transmission fluid, it is essential to use only the specified one. You can always consult your owner’s manual or ask an auto shop to assist you in doing this. You need to be very careful in topping up transmission fluid because incorrect transmission fluid can destroy the engine.
Augment a small amount of the fluid through the dipstick pipe. For a few minutes, let the fluid to flow down. Then, recheck the fluid level. Make sure it does not overfill.
In your Acura car, Acura engine parts are the most essential auto part. Always check the engine to prevent break downs.

How Ethanol Car Engines Work
Ethanol cars work in a way very similar to normal gasoline cars, and are a great viable alternative fuel option because of current high gas prices. The only real difference is that ethanol car engines are able to utilize the biofuel ethanol instead of oil based gasoline.
Ethanol fuel itself is extracted from plants such as corn or sugarcane, and refined into an alcohol. This alcohol is suitable to be used as a biofuel in cars and other vehicles. Most hybrid automobile engines that use ethanol can also use gasoline, and are also called “flex-fuel” engines. The ethanol is injected into the engine in the same way as a non-hybrid automobile engine. Though ethanol gives slightly less miles per gallon than gasoline, it doesn’t create as much air pollution when it is burned.
The similarities between ethanol “flex-fuel” engines and standard engines make ethanol cars cheaper than most alternative or hybrid vehicles, because they are built in much the same way as a regular engine. Ethanol is actually cheaper in some cases than gasoline, and thus a hybrid that runs on ethanol can be less expensive to operate than a gasoline based vehicle.
Most standard automobiles can even run on a 10% mixture of ethanol in gasoline. Many gas stations around the world offer ethanol as an alternative to gasoline, and in some countries cars are required to run on ethanol.
You can find out more information about Hybrid Cars at www.prohybrid.com along with video news, reviews, and tools such as price quotes and an automotive loan calculator.
