Boston Lexus dealers offer tips to get the most out of your used car
If you’re ready to trade in your old friend for a newer model, your Boston Lexus dealer wants to give you a few tips for preparing your car for trade-in so you get the full value from it. Often trading it in at the dealer will not get you top dollar. But if you plan to sell it yourself by posting online you should follow this checklist first.
Without spending too much time or money, these steps can help you get the most money for your vehicle, according to your Boston used Lexus LS dealer.
Start off by cleaning your vehicle from top to bottom, inside and out. Wash the outside and then tackle the inside by using a dust cloth to get any dirt of hard surfaces, vacuuming thoroughly (that means under, around, in and between the seats), and washing the windows free of any dog slobber or mini me residue. If you have leather seats, condition them and make sure there is no odor of any kind. If there is, try a healthy dose of air freshener on the carpet and upholstery.
Remove everything from the car that didn’t come with the car. Bumper stickers and dash ornaments are not going to sell your car. When you visit your Boston Lexus dealer you don’t see a wiener dog on the dashboard. Take yours out!

Wax it by hand after diligently removing any bugs, oil or other stick-ons that didn’t come off with the wash. Always work in the shade when you wax to give yourself plenty of time. Put it on carefully so you don’t spend hours later trying to scrape, dig or wash it out of cracks and crevices.
If you have black plastic trim that’s faded, try to gain access to a heat gun, use the lowest setting and slowly use it until the color comes back. If you get it too hot you will melt the plastic, so move it constantly and keep it set on low. That’s L-O-W. There are trim restoring kits and products, but they are not as effective.
Love your tires. Scrub them, along with the rim, with a soft brush and make sure you get it all the way around. You will have to move the car at some point. Use some product to make them shine – Armor All works great. If you want to know the best product to use, check in with your Boston used Lexus LS dealer.
Now that it looks the best it can, you need to look it over and decide if there are any deal breakers where you need to invest money to get it sold. If you have a side mirror hanging on by one wire or a big hole in the driver’s seat, these might be issues. New tires can be a big selling point, but don’t overspend or you won’t get your money back in the sale. Any issues with the vehicle that would cause it to fail an inspection should be fixed, such as broken or burned out lights, a cracked windshield, etc.
When it comes to pricing your vehicles, you will probably think it’s worth more than it is – it’s been a faithful friend for years, after all. Compare other similar models and years and look on Edmunds.com and at Kelley Blue Book values. This will get you in the ballpark. Of course, it’s really worth what someone is willing to pay, so if you can drum up a bidding war between your cousin and the neighbor’s college-bound daughter, go for it.
Be honest in your description and post a picture. Few people will bother to call or come look at your vehicle without seeing it first. And always practice the Golden Rule.
Boston Lexus dealer offers tips to save on fuel and frustration
Why would someone who can afford a Lexus worry about saving a few cents on gas here and there? Well, maybe because many people who have money have it because they save money at every turn. Besides, in today’s economy everyone is looking for a bargain.
Your Lexus Massachusetts dealer wants to offer a few tips to help you save a few bucks here and there – just in time for the holidays.
*You may feel the temptation to top off a drink, but don’t top off your gas tank. Once the pump clicks off, don’t try to fill it up to the nearest dollar. Any fuel you add after that point will slop or leak out. A complete waste of several cents.
*Once you’re full, tighten the gas cap completely. If the seal isn’t tight or if you have any broken or missing pieces, your fuel can evaporate. Unbelievably, the Car Care Council says that 147 million gallons of gas go “poof” into the air each year. That can’t be helping the global warming crisis, now can it? Your Boston Lexus dealer can help you check the cap and replace it if necessary.

*Buy the lowest grade of octane that you can to keep your car running smoothly. Check your owner’s manual, and unless it requires a premium level or your vehicle knocks around with a low grade – go cheap.
*Park in the shade. Not only will this help preserve your paint job, but it will save fuel in trying to cool your car. Even a shade in your windshield can help keep the temperature in your car much cooler. Along with that, use your garage to help protect your vehicle from the elements.
*Keep your engine finely tuned and your oil and filters replaced regularly. Much of this you can do yourself, but your Lexus Massachusetts dealer service department will be happy to help keep you on schedule. Be sure to use the oil recommended in your owner’s manual and don’t be cheap when it comes to maintaining your vehicles. Preventive maintenance can save you thousands in repairs in the long run.
*Pump it up – your tires, that is. Low tire pressure will not only lessen your fuel economy, but it’s not so nice on your vehicles either. Again, check your owner’s manual for the proper inflation level and check it monthly so you can stay on top of it. You want to check it while the tires are cold, not after a long road trip.
It all sounds like basic common sense, right? It is, but how many of us just don’t bother with it because we don’t have time? I don’t have time to put my car in the shop for a major repair either, do you?
Justin Beiber Buys his Fan a New Lexus
After attempting to escape reporters,Justin Bieber found himself in the parking lot of a senior home outside Fresno, CA. He sat very confused before checking his hair in the mirror. He was about to drive off in his Lexus wheels when a license plate caught his eye: “AlwysJB” it said.
Justin didn’t want to disappoint an obviously dedicated and loyal fan, but the car with the “AlwysJB” plate was ugly. “The thing probably doesn’t even have voice recognition,” Justin thought. He knew he had to make things right.
Bieber went into the senior home and told Wanda Forthright, 34, that he needed to see the owner of the car. “What’s your name, honey?” she asked.
“I just need to see the person who has their car dedicated to me. I don’t want to disappoint a fan. They gotta have some Lexus wheels like mine.” Bieber said.

Britney Boswell, 9, came out of one of rooms and spotted the “Baby” singer. “Omigod!!!” She exclaimed “I Looove You! Yer so awesome! I have like ALL your songs on my iPod!”
“Hush, Kid,” Beiber told her. “I’m looking for my fan. I need to buy them some Lexus Wheels so they can get rid of the piece of junk in the parking lot with my initials.”
Britney’s mother, Melissa Boswell, 36, emerged and explained to Ms. Forthright exactly who Justin Bieber was, “He’s the boy from the Internet. The one with the hair.” She also knew who owned “AlwaysJB.” It was Oscar Hernandez, 87, who had moved into the home five years earlier after his wife June had died, and still talked about her incessantly.
“I used to call her my June Bug,” Mr. Hernandez said. He agreed to live at the senior home only under the condition that he could keep his car in the parking lot to sit in when he missed his late wife. Mr. Hernandez was very gracious when he met Bieber once the staff explained that he was a singer, like Perry Como. “He’s a nice enough kid, reminds me of my grandson at that age.” Hernandez said.
Hernandez’s grandson, Robert Jankowski, 29, a Real Estate broker in Sacramento, CA will have use of the Lexus wheels since Oscar has not held a California Drivers license in several years.
“Robert’s going to visit me once a month and take me for a spin,” Hernandez beamed. When asked whether the Lexus would replace his old car, Hernandez replied, “Never, nothing takes the place of my June Bug.”
But Bieber seems to think he’ll come around. “Never say never,” he piped as he handed over the keys.
Only One Engine Option for the 2010 Lexus RX 350
While it is true that the 2010 Lexus RX 350 engine options are limited to only one available motor, the new and improved 2010 Lexus RX350 3.5 Liter V6 engine is designed to please and it is unlikely that any complaints will ever be made. The 3.5 Liter V6 delivers an impressive 275 horsepower and 257 pound-feet of torque. Although the engine delivers an impressive 0 to 60 time of approximately 7.5 seconds, the fuel economy is surprisingly decent at 18 miles per gallon in the city and 25 miles per gallon on the highway. The red line has been increased slightly and will allow the engine to operate up to 6400 RPM’s.
Although lack of multiple different choices of engines might deter some prospective buyers from certain models, the 2010 Lexus RX350 3.5 Liter V6 engine is more than competent and delivers an impressive package. Most RX350s that are on the road will probably never be used for any type of towing, but the motor and transmission combination is well-equipped and designed to handle at least 3,500 pounds.
The 2010 Lexus RX350 Liter V6 engine is very similar to that found in the 2009 model, but improvements made to the exhaust and intake systems as well as minor changes to the cylinder heads have provided 5 extra horsepower and 6 extra pound-feet of torque. The five-speed automatic that was used in virtually all of the previous RX models has now been replaced and the 2010 Lexus RX350 boasts a six-speed automatic. One of the major benefits of the new changes that have been made is more power, and yet a better fuel economy is actually delivered as well.
The only drastic change that has occurred from the 2009 model to the 2010 Lexus RX350 is that the owner’s manual now suggests the use of premium unleaded fuel in the 3.5 Liter V6 engine. If lower grades will be utilized, it is necessary to use ethanol free fuel. The fuel tank is the same as the 2009 model and will accommodate 19.2 gallons, which should deliver a range of nearly 500 miles while traveling on the highway. Another significant difference is the increased weight of the 2010 model over that of the 2009 model, but the engine has proven itself more than capable of handling the extra burden with ease and the fuel economy has not suffered in the process.
Lexus’ Hybrid SUV
Lexus has been producing the RX since 1998, earlier models were sold in American and other countries under the Toyota brand as the Harrier. Though not very popular yet in the UK, in the US it has been the best-selling crossover luxury SUV on the US market since its introduction and has ranked as the best-selling luxury vehicle in the United States.
The <a rel=”nofollow” onclick=”javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackPageview', '/outgoing/article_exit_link/3844199']);” href=”http://www.lookers.co.uk”>new Lexus RX in Essex is available in various V6 engine variants, including a Hybrid model; it comes in either front wheel or four wheel drive derivatives. The RX was the earliest luxury SUV to hit the market, inspiring competitors to produce similar models such as the BMW X5 and Mercedes ML. The RX was the first SUV to combine the functional characteristics of an SUV with ride and features of a luxury saloon.
The 2009 models is the 3rd generation RX for Lexus, it was unveiled at the 2007 Tokyo Auto Show and hit the dealerships in early 2009. As well as the traditional V6 engines, the 3rd generation consisted of a Hybrid engine model, the 450h.
The Lexus RX 450h is equipped with a 3.5-litre V6 engine, which produces 245 bhp but by incorporating a more powerful inverter and electric motors, total horsepower reaches 295 bhp. Two additional systems are added to the RX 450h’s Lexus Hybrid Drive power train: an exhaust-heat recovery system to reduce engine warm-up periods, and a water-cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system to reduce engine pumping losses.
With the RX 450h Lexus has produced one of the greenest and lowest CO2 producing SUVs, due to its Hybrid system supporting the petrol engine the RX 450h can run on battery power itself in and around town, which means running costs are relatively low too
Monmouth, NJ Lexus drivers get behind the wheel with Twitter stars
In the day of social media, word of mouth marketing reigns supreme. An increasing number of large brands are turning to social media for their own marketing outreach, and the auto industry has been pretty good at embracing the new channels for their own use. Monmouth, NJ Lexus dealers are excited to hear that their brand is getting in on the action with a new campaign that’s sure to spread the word. It will certainly be a great experiment in the capabilities of social media, a collection of channels that marketers have yet to find a solid middle ground on. Communications are evolving so quickly with the introduction and evolution of new media that there isn’t a solid formula for marketers to follow yet. That’s why these groundbreaking pushes into uncharted territory are helping to define a path for large and small brands alike as the realm of social media moves closer and closer to total convergence. NJ luxury vehicles will be heavily affected by the outcome of this new campaign when it completes.
This specific campaign features comedian Whitney Cummings hopping in the car with some serious social media stars to give the CT 200h a test-spin around the block. Monmouth, NJ Lexus dealers were excited to see that one of the stars of the new campaign is the online editor of the Onion, one of the most hilarious satire newspapers known to man. Brian Solis, a marketer and social media expert, is another featured web celeb in the campaign, and I’d have to guess he did a bit of consulting work for Lexus on the campaign as well. Other brands are hopping on the bandwagon as well, hitting social media from all different angles. But it seems like the big brands – the ones with the insatiable pocketbooks – are going after viral video as a primary source. If you have the cash to spend on some serious talent for videos, that’s definitely one of the primary ways to make headway in your social media strategy. After all, videos are one of the highest ranked engagement channels on the internet. NJ luxury vehicles are benefitting from this new movement in social media as interest in Lexus continues to grow.
Ford is another major brand jumping into the social media arena – but it doesn’t seem like they have the experience of Lexus. Still, they have another one of those insatiable pocketbooks, so you know they’ll get plenty of help from the experts. As traditional marketing dissolves, the brands that latch onto social media first are the ones that will conquer the market in the long run. Monmouth, NJ Lexus drivers are already relying on social media channels and word of mouth marketing for their car purchasing decisions. When your audience lives predominantly online and spends much of that time on social networks, the potential to reach them rockets skyward and on into the heavens, stopping briefly to say hello to an angel dangling headfirst in the puffy clouds. NJ luxury vehicles should be so lucky.
Essex: Lexus RX 350 named best midsized luxury SUV
In the very first conversation I ever had with the woman who would eventually become my wife, she told me that her dream car was a Lexus RX 350. As a younger twenty something male, I could think of about 30 cars I’d rather drive than that one, but in no way was I thinking about driving a smallish SUV when I was that age. Coupes, I thought, maybe a sporty sedan, but an SUV? Meh. Not my wife-to-be, though. She told me her car could only be the RX 350. I should’ve listened.
And not just because women are always right (even though they are), but because this particular car really is one of the best that money can buy. In fact, according to both the U.S. News and World Report and TrueCar.com, the Lexus RX 350 is the best midsized luxury SUV that money can buy.
In Essex, Lexus RX drivers have preached the benefits of owning their particular brand of vehicle for years. Lexus dealerscould rattle off a whole laundry list of reasons as to why a consumer would buy this car, but the US News report offers plenty of those specifics:

For starters, the most recently tested iteration of the RX 350 is one of the safest vehicles currently in circulation. Both the government and the IIHS gave it amazing marks in a myriad of crash tests, and in 2011 the RX will add a brake override system capable of cutting the engine when the brakes are hit especially hard.
Beyond that, though, perhaps the most notable feature of the car is its top-of-the-class fuel economy. It’s not a particularly sporty vehicle, and you’d be crazy to take such a gorgeous hunk of metal off-road, but most reviewers agree that its performance is still pretty stinkin’ good. The interior is lavish and comfortable, and like all Lexus vehicles, it’s going to be reliable for the duration of ownership.
Had I known all of this when I met my wife, it never would’ve been an argument we’d have had to have. Now that we’re married, I’ll give you three guesses what car she’s driving around, and the first two guesses don’t count. Like I said, women are always right.

A vehicle must earn “good” ratings in front, side, rollover, and rear-impact tests. It must also be equipped with electronic stability control (ESC). All things the CT 200h did!
How did the CT 200h’s body design help it win?
The body is designed to be strong but resilient, which helps the vehicle to help absorb and distribute energy in the event of a crash. High-strength steel components also ensure strength in key areas.
What kinds of air bags does the CT 200h feature?

The CT 200h comes with a standard 8-airbag Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) with dual-stage front airbags and knee airbags for driver and front passenger, side curtain airbags, and front side airbags to help protect front and rear passengers in case of severe frontal or side collisions.

Chicago: Lexus RX number one midsized SUV
There’s a great range of luxury mid-size SUV’s to choose from in today’s market. Consumers’ needs range from more cargo space to more seating for larger families. Perhaps even pulling the weekend boat to the lake is a priority for shoppers. So with all of these things in mind, why not get the best? U.S. News has dubbed the Chicago Lexus RX the number one vehicle in its class.
Out of 18 vehicles in the mid-size SUV category, the Lexus RX has ranked #1. U.S. News aggregated 63 published reviews and test drives for all of the vehicles. In the end, they ranked each vehicle in relation to the competition. It comes as no surprise to RX drivers that their vehicle came out on top.

Several key features were especially noted to be superior than the other 17 SUVs in the ranking. Its style and comfort, performance and fuel-economy give the RX an overall top-contending score.
Style and Comfort
Excellent marks were given to the RX’s comfort inside and its style throughout. When Chicago Lexus RX shoppers take it for a test drive, they want to feel like they’re inside a luxury vehicle, turning heads where ever they go. Long car rides become no problem with opulent seating and great tech too.
Performance
The drive of a luxury vehicle far surpasses that of others. It’s probably one of the most important factors when choosing one. Unfortunately, not all luxury vehicles drive like they should. This is definitely not the case for the RX. For an amazing price, St. Charles Lexus RX drivers get a V6 engine and six-speed automatic transmission. The ride is smooth with powerful acceleration to get RX owners moving.
Fuel-Economy
It’s important to many St. Charles Lexus RX drivers that their vehicle be enviro- and wallet-friendly. Great gas mileage is vital, thus it comes as no surprise that the RX has amazing ratings. The EPA estimates that it gets 18 mpg city and 25 mpg highway. That kind of fuel-economy is not at all common for its class. Other Features In addition to these, its reliability, safety and price range definitely scored big time. Most other vehicles in this class cost thousands more and lack features that make the RX really special.
Lexus Barrington: 5 money saving tips for 5 hybrids
Summer is construction season, making the morning and evening commutes that much longer and more stressful. Preserving as much gas as possible is of the utmost importance. There are several things Lexus Barrington drivers can actively do to save big bucks the rest of the summer. One of the best ways to save money on gas? Get a hybrid vehicle with amazing mileage. Lexus offers five hybrid vehicles to perfectly match your style. Check out these amazing money-savers and other tips and tricks below!
CT Hybrid
The first tip for not only staying safe but saving on gas in your CT Hybrid is keeping up with regular vehicle maintenance. Cars are meant to be well-oiled machines in order to run properly. Monitoring your maintenance schedule will absolutely lead to better results in the gas tank.

HS Hybrid
This tip for even better mileage with your HS Hybrid seems like a no-brainer, but you would be surprised. Make sure to keep your car clear from clutter! Extra weight (especially in the spacious HS trunk) will require more gas to move it.
RX Hybrid
No more idling in your RX Hybrid Lexus! Barrington drivers know that studies show it is more economic to turn off your car than to let it sit with the engine running with new fuel-injectors. Any idling for more than 30 seconds is unnecessary.
GS Hybrid
Don’t forget to get those tires checked on your Chicago Lexus GS Hybrid! Hot air from the summer sun causes the air in your tires to expand, making for a potentially dangerous situation if they’re overfilled. Too little air and there will be more drag on the tires, adding more resistance to your Chicago Lexus. GS Hybrid drives will be safe and secure and procure better gas mileage simply by keeping an eye on the pressure.
LS Hybrid
The last piece of advice for keeping your LS Hybrid in tip top shape is to use the right gas. Whether unleaded, premium or diesel, using the correct kind of fuel will extend the life in your vehicle much longer than using the incorrect kind. In the long run, you will save money by keeping your engine happy.

Central NJ Lexus dealerships get interactive for CT 200h
The marketing ideas that companies are coming up with these days are amazing. We’re seeing surprising partnerships left and right, connections we would never expect to be made. A lot of companies are taking advantage of new technology to launch huge marketing campaigns. For instance, the world of social media opens up doors for engaging your target audience like never before, as your Central NJ Lexus dealership will tell you. There are just so many channels available these days for really starting a dialogue within your target audience, and some Old Bridge new cars dealerships are really getting to experience the extent of the campaigns.
Interactive campaigns can definitely be a huge jumping point to kick off a successful marketing objective, and Central NJ Lexus dealers are proving the effectiveness of interactive content as we speak. For the launch of the new Lexus CT200h, a car that attempts to redefine green driving for the luxury segment, Lexus is also attempting to reach a target market you would never expect them to target. I’m talking about a younger, hipper crowd than you typically think of when you think of an expensive, powerful luxury brand. In fact, the new interactive marketing campaign seems to take place solely on Facebook. While I suppose there are a lot more well-off middle-aged adults on Facebook than there were before, it seems odd to me and to Old Bridge new cars dealers that Lexus would be attempting this sort of marketing ploy. Regardless of the logistics, it’s really a cool concept.
I know, I know. Get on with the program already. The marketing strategy? An interactive movie starring Norman Reedus as Tony, the pilot of the new CT200h in a mission to save some top-secret plans from…the enemy. Whomever that may be. Central NJ Lexus drivers are taken on a wild ride to LA before the end of the world, and the catch? You have to help Tony get to his destination. Have you been brushing up on your navigational skills? You’re going to want to, as you will be copiloting the mission. Just a fun little extra that Old Bridge new cars dealers are offering to generate some more interest in the launch of the greenest vehicle Lexus has ever seen. And boy, is this car green or what?
The new CT200h leverages the same hybrid powertrain as the Toyota Prius. As a smart-looking little hatchback, a 1.8-liter four cylinder engine, coupled with an electric motor, gives this car a little bit of extra jet to its ride. You might not expect much from a car that promises to be so green, but I assure you that this car pumps with the best of them. Just ask Tony: I don’t want to give away the ending, but he seems to do alright keeping up with the bad guys and avoiding obstacles – and he does it all with the reduced environmental footprint that the CT200h brings to the market. Check out one of these solid cars once they hit the market.

Boston used Lexus GS 450 hybrid continues to impress the experts
Formula 1 racing and hybrid technology seem to be at odds, but the Lexus GS 450h sedan has the flavor of a Formula 1 race car, which now, incidentally, permits hybrid technology in competition. Boston Lexus customers will be beyond impressed with this gas-electric hybrid.
Even in electric mode this model is silent but speedy. Without a sound this ,000 beauty can rocket to 60 mph in just five seconds. Don’t worry, it goes much faster – try 131 mph. Remember, this is in full electric mode.
In place of a tachometer, the GS 450h has a kilowatt gauge and the speedometer registers the amount of battery charge. Toyota merged a high-output electric motor-generator with 197 horsepower with a 297-horsepower, 24-valve, 3.5-liter gas engine to come up with a 339-horsepower beast disguised as a luxury car. Oh, and the variable transmission has modes for normal, snow and sport. Boston Lexus drivers can’t help but have a fun driving experience with those choices.

As the first rear-wheel-drive sedan the Lexus GS 450h has more decadent features than I can mention, but let’s start with the leather interior which seats five and has your usual luxury amenities such as voice-activated navigation system; Bluetooth; satellite radio; back-up camera; 10-way power adjustable driver’s seat complete with heating element; wood-trimmed, electric tilt and telescope steering wheel; and a seven-inch electronic screen with touch-screen controls operating the climate, navigation and audio systems.
The EPA rating is 24 mpg highway and the GS 450h has been certified by California as a Super Ultra-Low Emissions Vehicle, which means it is 90 percent cleaner than the average new car sold there. Pretty impressive! Boston used Lexus GS 450 owners have to be happy with that.
A sleek shape and F1-worthy aerodynamics along with high-intensity-discharge headlights featuring a system that compensates the aim of the headlights automatically depending on the passenger load makes it worthy of a test run. The GS 450h also rear brake lights with fast-acting LEDs, power-adjustable mirrors with heat defogging, rain-sensing wipers and can be had with 18-inch wheels. Unmatched safety features include 10 airbags, with dual front, and front and rear seat-mounted, front seat knee airbags and full-length head curtain airbags. A Pre-Collision System even prepares seatbelts to tighten and takes other precautions.
Yes this luxury comes at a price, but where else can you find such a plethora or luxury and safety features in a powerful package – that’s a hybrid? Good luck! By the way, if you’re on a budget, the standard model GS price begins at ,915 as opposed to the ,000 for the GS 450h. Boston used Lexus GS dealers will no doubt have a deal you can’t pass up.
A Lexus Wanted Can Make A Quick Sale
A Lexus wanted ad can give a seller the advantage in a very competitive market. If you are looking to sell your next car and want to do this hassle free, there are many things you need to do to be prepared for this experience. You do not have to posses a large knowledge base to sale a car, but it does help to know a little about the process so that you can take advantage of tricks and make a good profit.
You want to take some time before you look for someone with a Lexus wanted ad. You do not want to sell a car that is not ready for this. You will not make nearly as much as you would if you take some time and make sure that the car you are selling is in the best shape it can be.
You may want to start by removing anything from the car that is personal to you. You want a potential buyer to see the cars as theirs, not yours and removing personal belongings from your car can help this. You may also want to consider removing any of your personal items from the glove box and the trunk. Many buyers will look in the glove box and the trunk to check from room and these areas should be clean and free from stuff.

When you are looking for a Lexus wanted buyer you will want to make sure that the car is especially clean. A car wash is a good idea, but you may want to take it one step further and really get down and clean the exterior and interior focusing on any areas that need your attention. There are specially designed wheel and tire cleaners that you may want to use on these areas. Leather cleaner not only cleans leather, it often has a very nice smell that can refresh the interior of your car.
When you begin to advertise your Lexus wanted you want to make sure that you take excellent pictures of your car. This is what makes a buyer look twice at your car and they will be more apt to contact you, if they can clearly see what the car. You will want to take up close and far away shots. Interior shots should be taken as well and this is something that many potential buyers want to see. If there are any flaws with the car, do not be afraid to take pictures and show this as well. A buyer will see any flaws in person and if you are honest up front, they will be more likely to trust you in the end.
You may want to take your Lexus wanted and have it thoroughly inspected before you list it for sale. If there are problems you will be able to decide what you are going to do about them. Minor problems should be repaired to increase the value of the car. Major problems will have to be determined how you will handle them. You may need to repair them, or you can lower the price of the car to reflect the cost of the repairs. You may want to look at both options and determine what will benefit you the most.
When you are ready to respond to a Lexus wanted ad, you will have some knowledge and skills if you take some time to get ready for this. You do not have to quickly sell your car and make a small profit. If you take your time you can not only sell your car, but also make the profit that you want.
Mercer County Lexus drivers know how to keep their rides rolling in summer
Summer is a great time to take a trip. The kids are on vacation, the summer hours at the office are pretty laid back and the sun is shining. Sounds like the perfect recipe to take a drive across the country to me, but you’re going to want to make sure you’re driving in a vehicle that has been equipped with just the right precautions, courtesy of your Mercer County Lexus dealer. This summer, how prepared are you to enter a rainstorm? What do your tires look like? How are other various features working on your car? You want your family to be safe, and so does your Warren Lexus GX dealer, so make sure to take a look at some of the tips we’ve offered you below.
First and foremost, when was the last time you did maintenance on your lights? Sometimes light bulbs burn out, and there isn’t anything you can do about it except to be aware of when this happens. Your Mercer County Lexus dealer suggests checking your lights frequently, but it is especially important to make sure you check them when you’re getting ready to leave town. The best way to get them replaced is to head to a mechanic, but if you’re pretty auto savvy, you should be able to get it done yourself. Always remember that headlamps are meant to be changed in pairs; if you change one, make sure to change the other. For Warren Lexus GX dealers, this is one of the most important things you can do to ensure your safety in the warm summer months, so get it done!
As for the tires…make sure they’re in good working condition. There is nothing worse than a slippery ride. Some people like to use snow tires in the winter, but your Mercer County Lexus dealer wants you to remember that snow tires can be plenty dangerous in the winter. If you head to a Warren Lexus GX dealer, they will be happy to help you figure out which tires are going to give you the best traction in the summer months. Even if you don’t have snow tires, you want to double check and see how bald the tires are. If they are too bald, they will lose a lot of traction. On top of all this, you’re going to want to make sure that your tires are properly inflated and ready to go at all times. Otherwise, you risk putting a hole in one or more traction issues.
Lastly, it is important to be ready for rough weather. You’ve driven through the rain before, but not everyone has driven through torrential weather. Even with light rain, the possibility of an accident is increased exponentially, so be careful when you are driving. Make sure to put a good amount of distance between your car and the car in front of you; it could mean the difference between a safe trip and a front-end collision. Checking your windshield and wipers before you hit the road is another important part of your safe traveling experience.

Monmouth, NJ Lexus maximizes gas mileage with strong tires
In this day and age, fuel economy is one of the most important parts of driving. There are plenty of ways you can ensure that your car is logging a solid fuel economy, and among them is purchasing a car with a fuel efficient engine in the first place. Monmouth NJ Lexus dealers are just aching to give you some help with your fuel efficiency, and they start with great fuel efficient options like the new CT 200h. Beyond that, there is plenty of good advice to follow when hopping into your car. For instance, did you know that stop and start traffic can not only wreak havoc on your car – it can also drop your fuel economy pretty low? One of the lesser known tips for solid fuel efficiency is paying attention to your tire pressure. Tires play a larger role than most people know in saving some gas miles, and Old Bridge NJ Lexus dealers have a few tips on how to keep that fuel efficiency up.
Monmouth NJ Lexus drivers are keeping an eye on their tire pressure as we speak – with a little help from one of the best auto media outlets on the market. Consumer Reports recently blogged about ways you can pay attention to your tire pressure. To put things in perspective, CR gave a little more information about how tire pressure affects your fuel economy. “Automakers often specify low-rolling-resistance tires as original equipment to enhance vehicle performance in government fuel-economy tests. But replacement tires are not limited by any vehicle manufacturer’s requirements, and attributes such as all-season grip and tread life are big selling points. In the past, consumers often had to weigh a trade-off between low rolling resistance and other performance capabilities, such as wet braking. But in recent years, tire manufacturers have been achieving a better balance of rolling resistance and all-weather grip.” Old Bridge NJ Lexus drivers can take this advice into account this winter, when tire pressure means more than just fuel economy. It could be the difference between safe and dangerous driving.
Picking out a tire with good, low rolling resistance is a great way to get a start on improving fuel economy. In fact, according to CR, it can save as much as one or two miles per gallon in the long run! That might not seem like much, but Monmouth NJ Lexus drivers know that can make a big difference over the course of your car’s lifespan. Make sure that your tires are properly inflated at all times, and do this by checking inflation pressure at least monthly. Make sure the tires are cool before you do this. Also, if you were happy with the original tires that came with your car, think about replacing them with an identical set. You may have been happy with them because original-equipment tires tend to come with a low rolling resistance. Finally, Old Bridge NJ Lexus dealers suggest that you check out CR’s rating system for tires and make sure you buy accordingly.
